Neisha is amazing! She is warm, friendly, professional, and just has a way of making you feel comfortable and pampered. I’ve been coming to see Neisha for close to 8 or 9 years for a variety of different services (e.g., waxing, facials) and have always been satisfied with her work. Neisha is very knowledgeable and wonderful. I really appreciate how she is always willing to answer my questions so I understand the process. She is the nicest person I ever met. She will make sure you are comfortable and informed. Her studio is clean and clean and comfortable. She takes her time so you don't feel rushed and like you aren't important. That's what I like about her most. She will always make sure you feel comfortable. For the facials, I saw a difference immediately. I have been to many places. Trust me when I say Neisha is the best. I was pleasantly surprised how she took her time to make sure the results were great. I have gotten my eyebrows done at other places and I admit I was scared. They never turned out well. Neisha did a perfect job and it didn't hurt badly. Her technique is very good.

I’m rating this one star because I was really hoping to check this place out. It has gotten so many great reviews :) . I called a few times and no one answered the phone, so I assumed they were busy and waited until the next day. I called again the following day periodically and still got no answer. So I decided to drive to their location to speak to someone in person about scheduling my appointment . It was a new place so I was looking around trying to find it, I did lol. I heard a female on the phone in their office and decided not to interrupt the phone call and sat down on the chairs until it was finished. Phone call had ended and I knocked on the door, she proceeded to make another call and I assumed she didn’t hear me so I waited about 3 minutes and knocked louder (she continued to speak on her phone as if I wasn’t there) I waited once again. As soon as she ended this phone call I knocked louder and was completely ignored and it was just silent, as if she thought I wouldn’t think she was in there anymore . So I left very upset. These reviews were very misleading, thank you for your service...
