WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!! I brought my new collard shirts in to be pressed only which should cost about $1.50 per and this very angry man said he dry cleaned them and tried to charge me $36 per. Horrible experience.

09/09/2020OverallRude, rude, rude. Why?? There is no excuse for the demeaning treatment of customers by whoever this man is who is taking care of customer orders. His conduct would be dismissive and unprofessional in any culture, in any language. I'll never go here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't even comment on how well they clean or alter garments because it never even got that far. As I drove up the drive through driveway I noticed a man standing in the side doorway smoking as I pulled forward he stood in front of my car and looked at me like he had no idea why I would be pulling up there. I got out of my car and asked if they still offer drive up service. The man didn't say a word to me, dropped his cigarette and smashed it with his foot and grabbed my clothes. He went inside asked me for my name and phone number then handed me a ticket for $35 for two dresses a pair of men's pants and dress shirt. I thought that...read full review
