AFTER SOME YEARS, I HAVE DECIDED TO TO PROVIDE SOME INPUT ABOUT THIS FACILITY. My father was a patient here for many years and loved by many. Unfortunately, when he passed a few years ago, all of his jewelry was not returned. We reported the incident to the police, but unfortunately, all that this facility received was a slap on a hand from the government as we reported them to the governing body. Even their documentation shows that my father had all of his jewelry there and by the time that he left the only jewelry he had on his Neck. We are talking about thousands of dollars. Be aware of this facility because they do have employees that will take advantage of the patients! They did not even make us a decent offer to pay for the jewelry that was taken from him!

The PT Team did a wonderful job. I want to personally commend Jordan, Reggie, Sunny, Nathan, Sarah, Terry, Montana, and rest of the department. I would highly recommend these PT people to anyone. They have helped me so much, I could not even walk, and now I'm using stairs, and walking, getting in and out of bed. These people are awesome, and I would highly recommend anyone to Palm Terrace convalescent care. Thank so much to everyone for all their help, and kindness, and compassion. Wonderful people. I can’t say enough good things about Palm Terrace Rehabilitation Center. The care and compassion they showed my mother during her stay were truly exceptional. From the moment she was admitted, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The nurses, aides, and therapists were not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and attentive.
They took the time to get to know my mom, understand her needs, and made sure she was comfortable and supported every step of the way. The rehabilitation team was amazing—they helped her regain strength and confidence at a pace that worked for her, always encouraging and positive.
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, peaceful atmosphere. It gave us great peace of mind to know she was in good hands. I’m so grateful for everything Palm Terrace did for our family, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

I was required to spend 3 weeks at Palm Terrace for medical reasons. I found the facility excellent. It is light and bright, and spotlessly clean, and it is odor free. It is well staffed, and the staff was not only friendly but caring, and incredibly helpful regardless of the situation. This was true both with me and other patients who I observed. Additionally, it was clear that the organization cared about the patient’s medical condition, monitoring it closely. The meals were usually acceptable or better, and they were quite willing to modify a meal at the patient’s request. Finally, the physical therapy department was outstanding, with a staff who thoughtfully and carefully tailored the therapy to the requirement and ability of each patient. If the need arose, I would certainly elect to return to Palm Terrace again.

We were very impressed by the location, facility layout, garden setting and capable staff. It’s never a happy experience when a family member goes into a care facility, but the Palm Terrace was exceptional in every respect. Knowing our brother was in capable hands and in very pleasant surroundings means so much.

The. Rehab at Palm Terrace is outstanding. I have had Jordan and Michael who are excellent Physical Therapists. . They are considerate but give you a great workout. The facility is nice and all the therapists are pleasant and helpful. If you need therapy this is an excellent choice.

The professional & progressive physical & occupational therapy provided by PALM TERRACE IS leave nothing to be desired. Jordan, Christian & Neena make it unhealthy for any patient to discharge themselves before their insured deadline. Optimal physical therapy is offered at PALM TERRACE.
Maria is the most conscientious keeper of Her patients & Her rooms. She takes tremendous pride in Her work & in the cleanliness & organization of Her rooms & patients, always with the best attitude & professionalism.
Roger is the best night nurse for men. He is always on top of patient needs & does everything with a top notch attitude of respect & professionalism.
Lavonna is the #1 drug dispensary nurse. She is timely & never forgets. Lavonna clearly is concerned with every patient’s individual needs. She displays upmost of professional character.
