Doctor Chung has built a wonderful network of family-friendly dental offices. You can always tell when people enjoy who they work for and I can see the staff smiling through their surgical masks no matter how difficult their day might be. From the front desk and back again there are friendly, engaging, highly capable professionals everywhere you turn. Once the initial forms were completed I have never waited for more than 5 minutes in the waiting area before being led to a chair, except for the time they had just moved into temporary office quarters due to an office remodeling project. The front desk staff are very capable, 4-5 people cramped into a very small space, and seems like they know what they are doing. However, communication between the front and back seemed limited, people are waiting for me while I was sitting in the waiting room for a long time, it wasn't until I asked I was brought back to the back. The back is super busy too, the staff are very nice but seems to take longer than I expected to take X-rays, no introductions, so I don't really know who assisted me until I asked for their name. The environment made me anxious. My last dentist office was so organized and calm, maybe I'm expecting too much?
