I originally chose Well Groomed because they’re AKC Safe Grooming and Fear Free Certified, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every visit. I first brought my Japanese Akita when he was 5 months old, and the team did an amazing job; they even sent me an adorable photo of him in the bath.
When I brought him back around 10 months old, he was going through a fear/anxiety phase. I’ve been bringing my 13-year-old Pomeranian here for the last few months, and I can’t recommend this place enough! Everyone is so kind, caring, and patient with her, and they always do an amazing job. Cookie loves coming here, which gives me so much peace of mind. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and has such a great environment. I always love the cute little pom-poms, scarves, and other accessories they send her home with.
So happy to have found a place we trust!
I just shared that they are professional, kind and so careful with my dog that is 14 and blind. I will always go there as long as they are there!! Cannot say enough wonderful words.
