Very professional Beautiful design . My only complaint is that there was no clarification on price, although I conveyed my golden doodle had mats, also sent a photo prior to b bringing her in for grooming.. Still no response on price. Brought her in for assigned appointment , was told a price. It was very high and more than I had ever p a I d.( she had just been groomed 7 weeks prior for about half of Well Groomed's price,) Then I received a Call later saying the price was going to be even higher because she had fleas. I explained that I had the Vet's perscription flea treatment at home, but had not used it yet since I had not seen her itching nor seen any fleas..... read full review
This place did not disappoint at all. The staff were very friendly, the hygiene was amazing. They cleaned my puppy and did this amazing haircut. Ill definitely go again even though its 20-25 mns from where I live. Its totally worth it!
Wow! We adopted a sweet husky from the OC Animal Shelter a few weeks ago. Since adopting her we have tried to brush out her undercoat and get a lingering smelliness to go away. We have always been DIY dog owners , but we finally broke down and decided to get professional help. I was super stressed because she'd just spent months in the shelter and I didn't want her to feel abandoned or trapped. I did not need to worry! After 3 hours of grooming (yes, it was that serious) we went to pick her up. She was basically high-fiving all of her new besties (dogs and the awesome crew), and barely noticed us.
