In 90 minutes I got a thorough treatment that addressed all the problem spots using a skilled combination of Thai massage stretching techniques and deep pressure. Nina gave an outstanding deep tissue Thai style. I train hard and needed some deep work done on my back, legs and shoulders. The added stretching techniques had me feeling nimble and taller when I walked out the door. I will go back when I visit the OC again.
