Kara is absolutely amazing and I can't recommend her or her company enough. She will personally tailer her recommended treatments to maximize the goal you are trying to achieve for yourself, and makes every step of the process smooth and comfortable. With diet and exercise, I lost a couple of inches from my sessions with Kara. Highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Kara goes over and above just helping you with her \"magic wand\", she is healing you. She is changing your body on a cellular level with the detox, the weight loss and the sea moss. Kara massages and sculps you with her healing wand, and while she is doing that she is tapping into your psyche to uncover the mindset issues that are keeping you from your greatness. She is a \"wholeness\" coach, not just a wellness facilitator. I highly recommend all men and women go to her.
