I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I’ve been to other dentists as well but none have compared (they all try to do unnecessary work and charge me for something I don’t need - not here!!) I have had so many fillings throughout my life due to poor enamel on my teeth. Every time has gone smoothly. I had an injury after snowboarding to my jaw and neck. They respect that, put it in my chart, and I remind them each time I go in. They’re super gentle and give me lots of breaks when needed. Pain free cleanings! This review is all about the front office and has nothing to do with the actual dentists who are great. I am the typical patient that usually arrived early and has to wait in the lobby. I'm fine with that. I have been late to an appointment twice in my life and yesterday was the second time. I left my special needs classroom early, took my antibiotics since I had a shoulder replacement, and rushed to the office but was held up by Santa Margarita so I was late. The lady with long blond hair said I was late and that I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned. So don't be late. I'll be making sure my new dentist's office has a better late policy.
