We had carpeting removed and luxury vinyl flooring installed in three bedrooms to match what was in the rest of the house. Floor expo has a great showroom with many samples, including our exact match so we could be confident about ordering. Their prices were good—comparable to or a little lower than what we found elsewhere for the same flooring. We had planned to just order the flooring and have our handyman install it, but their estimated installation price was also lower. We had an issue with the flooring in our rental property after the previous tenants ended their lease. The laminate planks were bubbling up causing blemishes between planks. In addition, the base surface of the floor did not feel level causing loose planks, as if the floor was not secure when stepping on it. We had 5 days to remedy the flooring before the next tenant would move in. Floor Expo & Design came to our rescue. The installer Alex inspected our unit floors and determined that the flooring planks had a tight install with no room to expand, and that the flooring was not level.
