I am so impressed with this business and in particular with Jim. Jim is honest, helpful, quick to respond, and extremely generous with his time and the advice and skills he offers. I will be using him every time I have an issue with my printer in the future. Highly highly recommend.My printer wasn't working and I called this business. Jim answered and asked me about my printer and then spent the next 20 minutes with me on the phone solving the problem and helping me fix it on my own. He could have easily had me bring the printer in and fixed it and charged me. Instead, he took the time to help me fix it over the phone for free! That is not my experience at most businesses.

Jim has maintained all our printers for our business for many years. He's quick, thorough, and competitively priced. Also if we ever had any issues with the toner/ink cartridges, he always made it right. He'll replace and hand deliver same if not next day.
