A technician has come out and has done repairs. Technician needed to order parts but it has been 2 weeks now. I have paid for repairs and parts but I still have a broken dryer. I have requested for the Director of Operations to call me with no luck. I keep getting the runaround from call takers and the technician to include management. They have provided a terrible service and do not follow up to their guaranteed warranty. I have requested a refund but they ignore all my issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Such a great experience! Called them Monday after Thanksgiving they had an opening and came out that day! Andy was fast and efficient in fixing our leaking fridge and broken dish washer door! I HIGHLY COMMENT THEM! Great price as well!

Called on a Sat morning. We had to go, so they came immediately. Another company that we used through insurance previously had tried to fix our fridge and the difference between the 2 companies was night and day. All American was prompt, professional, friendly and diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple hours. The other company dragged it out over 2 weeks and didn't even completely fix it. We paid 4x more this way, but worth it and still much cheaper than a new fridge!

Andy fixed my clothes dryer today; it was making a racket when it was spinning. Sonia, the person who set up the appointment was super helpful. There was a cancellation for a day sooner and she texted me to see if it worked for me. I had another appliance repair co. give me an estimate (days ago), but I didn't care for the tech; I felt like he was just guessing at the repair since he didn't open up the unit.Therefore, I asked my property manager for a referral, and she gave me the number to All American Appliance Repair.The tech, Andy, called me to tell me he was on his way; he came on time and was very polite. He wanted to open up the unit before deciding on the repair ; he had the OEM parts on hand and fixed it up perfectly (for a reasonable price). I will continue calling All American for any appliance repairs. By the way, my unit is a Kenmore, made by LG.

Today Andy from All American Appliance Repair came out and replaced my ice maker. When I called to schedule the appointment I had to leave a message. I received a call back within 45 minutes. I explained exactly what was happening and was asked for the model number of my refrigerator. Since I had been having problems and got it working several times only to have it fail again I knew it needed to be replaced. They worked within my schedule for the service call. Andy arrived first thing in the morning, took a look at the problem. He had the part I needed in his truck and before long I had a new ice maker and I was a happy girl again!!! After all the problems my granddaughter has had getting appliance repair people out and fixing her issues correctly I was so pleased I found All American. Thanks Andy for great service and a great job!!!!

They were able to give a correct diagnosis of my sub zero and repair it the same day. Andy had the parts available and was able to fix it without having to order. I will definitely use them again.

Had a terrible experience with Andy and I see he is the one to respond to unhappy reviews so hello as you read this I want future yelpers to understand what they are getting themselves into. Not only did he not do his job thoroughly the first time we called, it led to a second leak that caused my whole bottom level to flood right before the holidays, go figure. He claimed that he did us a favor on not charging for the diagnoses the first visit though we happily paid for the dryer repair. Laundry was leaking that's what he came out for but wanted to blame the wife (myself) for overloading I had a small blanket and 4 pillow cases. Second visit he was able to see all the damage since we are nowhere near fixing the issue, water damage is not fun at all, yet gave us a $350 bill for the correct fixing in which I hope he did do it correctly. And since we asked for the bill since we were not going to pay upfront for something that was clearly not our fault, he proceeded to cuss my husband out over the phone and that was my last straw. Hope your day gets better Andy!

I am very disappointed. I recently had All American come out to do a refrigerator repair. I went through the LG website and All-American came up as an authorized dealer. They did quote an $85.00 service fee, but if they fixed it, then it would be incorporated into the repair cost. The technician showed up, opened the refrigerator, and said the refrigerator was not cooling. He believed it would be a compressor issue. He said this was a warranty issue and to call LG and use their technician. If we would use his service the fee would be about $900 because it would cause him to complete warranty paperwork, which would take a lot of time, and take time for your company to be reimbursed for the repair. He literally spent three (3) minutes in our house, to tell us to use a LG technician, and was happy to collect our $85. We ultimately utilized an LG technician and he was appalled that your technician basically didn't want to do the work and insinuate the fee would be increased because he had to "complete paperwork". LG repaired my refrigerator at less than a 1/3 the fee quoted by your technician.

First 2 appliance companies didn’t come through after 2 months. 1 day after coming to my property the right parts were obtained(Subzero brand) and scheduled for a few days later. Andy showed up on time, very professional and cleaned up when done.Service: Refrigerator repair

After waiting for another company to come out and 3 no shows and after waiting 3 months to have my refrigerator fixed. All American came right out, called several times to see how the unit was running and got the unit working just like new! I would highly recommend their service and Andy the tech.
