From start to finish... Jodi at Premier Pools along with her team, and especially Ryan and of course...Pedro... Everything was seamless and excellent! We spoke with four pool companies and Jodi stood out immediately... she is personable, friendly, and outstanding at her job as a pool designer... Actually a landscape architect, designer... She is fabulous! I did not change anything on her design... And then she came up with another cool idea for a fire feature... Just fantastic! Ryan was such an excellent project manager... Always available when I needed him and Pedro, the stone mason, wow--he is an artist!
Communication from start to finish was excellent. The pool is beautiful just like Jodi designed it. Angel (project manager) always communicated what was done and what was coming no surprises.
Premier Pools and Spas designed and installed a new pool in our backyard last year and we couldn't be happier. Chris and Angel were professional, patient and great to work with. Chris provided lots of options for our uniquely shaped backyard, working within the confines of requirements and our budget. We also had the challenge of an older swim spa we wanted to keep, move and coordinate into the design. The final result is a beautiful backyard that we love to spend time in and enjoy. We have received so many kind compliments from friends on how nice our pool is, and our kids are having the best summer swimming every day.
