Wow. Mona is the best in OC. She was one of the top in San Diego and thank God she relocated to orange county. I would always commute down there but then I eventually had to give it up because it was too hard for me but now I am once again a repeated customers! My eyelashes look so beautiful and flawless. I compare myself to other lash artist that are even more pricier and the quality of work just does not compare. My lashes are fluffy and so natural looking.
