My friend and I stopped by Beauty Touch on Saturday afternoon to buy a couple items. I had always had a good experience with Shawn, the owner, so I was happy to bring my friend to support a small business. We were warmly greeted by Lauren who was super helpful, answered our questions, gave us recommendations, and spent time physically showing us what we needed. She is truly a breath of fresh air. Most retail employees these days will stand behind the counter, point in the direction of the item and act like they are being put out by your presence. I was looking for a particular item and called the store to see if they had it. I called and no one answered. Within minutes I got a call back from a very polite gentleman he left a message. I was already at the store so I just walked in. I was so pleased with the service I got. Sean was so extremely kind and patient myself and my niece left In better moods than we had walked in with. Thank you Sean Your service was greatly appreciated!!

My favorite place to get all my hair products! I will never go anywhere else. I always get A1 recommendations for my hair based on my needs. Highly recommend! Amazing and friendly service every time!
