Jess gives the most amazing prenatal massage. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. I experienced a lot of nausea and sciatica pain in my first trimester and Jess made me feel amazing with just one massage!

They provided me with my dream pregnancy and birth experience by supporting my goals, tending to my needs with compassion, and taking great care in all of their work. Every single appointment was conducted professionally while displaying the love and care of a close friend. Their office on Mount helix is beautiful, warm, inviting, and the perfect space to conduct every appointment with relaxation and calm. I love how positive and relaxed Aja and Jess are. They were able to support my husband, who was less than confident about a home birth, in such a way that he became the biggest advocate for home birth. They were happy to work with me even though I had to last minute(a month before I was due) find a midwife. They always had wonderful recommendations for any concern I had like being anemic. They aren't lactation specialists but they have resources to get you help if needed. I love how all their notes, forms and labs are online so I can look at them at anytime and don't have to stress about remembering what was said or recommend.
