Fantastic experience. I've been seeing chiropractors for years. I'm in town visiting family and hadn't had an opportunity to get an adjustment in 4 months.I have neck, spine, and hip issues.I'm also 12 weeks pregnant. I was in so much pain but not from this area.My mother in law's friend suggested this place. She got me in the next day! I was in town for a week but tweaked my back right before traveling. I was urgently looking for some help and I found McDowell Family Chiropractic here on Yelp. I called them and they graciously got me in their practice right away. They were thorough with their intake to assess my medical history and any issue I was dealing with. After an initial evaluation, they set me up on their massage table machine to soothe the area and prepare it for an adjustment. It felt wonderful, gave some relief and loosened up the muscles that were compensating for the pain/discomfort I had been feeling. Best chiropractor. I had fractured a bone in my spine two years ago and it healed but left me in extreme pain all my doctors said its healed and i just needed to lose weight and excercise. finally a friend recommended this chiropractor and on my first visit he did an xray and found the problem, a pinched nerve in my lower back. all the doctors i went to didnt see the pinched nerve but he did. After two visits I could feel the difference, I was no longer in extreme pain after work, I can function normally again and am no longer taking pain meds on a daily basis.
