Had a scheduled appointment on Friday for my cat. It was a great experience and the price of everything was extremely reasonable.
The next day we had a very unexpected emergency with our cat and they handled it like champs. Explained they were booked but could do lab work still and have a technician look at it.
Greatly appreciated the transparency and the care for my cat.
The doctors are exceptionally caring and wonderful to work with. The front office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is no upsell on services or pressure to do more tests etc. unless absolutely necessary. This practice can be trusted and their integrity is evident.
Dr. Truth provided a thorough examination and explained her findings and first steps. Happily, the problem has resolved without further care required. The follow up checks from the clinic are always appreciated.
