Francois is incredible with hair and as a person. She has a consult and talks to you about your exact hair, your concerns, what exactly you want. She listens, she recommends different products for your hair, and she takes her time to make each person walk out looking phenomenal. She makes it fun too! I love coming in and laughing with her, her energy spreads to anyone in her presence. Thank you for making me feel beautiful inside and out!
