The staff and instructors are great and care about my success and well being.Flow I and Center+Balance classes are perfect for getting my old bones moving again and working my core. The reformers are also great and really help.

Time to update my review since it has been a year!! This is now my happy place. I love this studio and all of their instructors are just fab. I go for classes with Ana, Rose, Mo and they are patient and energetic. I always walk away happy! I also convinced my husband to start Pilates and he loves it too. Highly recommend this studio if you are new to Pilates or looking for a change!

One of my friends from our MeetUp Fun Diego Ladies is a regular member here at Club Pilates. As part of her annual membership, she could bring in friends for a complimentary 50-minute class, so we made a MeetUp event out of this special occasion. Mo was our class instructor, and she was very patient, as most of us had never taken Pilates before (I was one of them). We learned the basics on exercises to strengthen our core muscles, with and without the equipment. My favorite part of the class was using the equipment to stretch my legs and back.Mo was a great instructor and was very sweet.
