Dr. Jaffer was my rheumatologist in 1984. He diagnosed and treated me for Lupus nephritis. I was just a 20 year old kid. He was very kind, understanding, and had an amazing bedside manner. He's the best!

I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Jaffer. He literally saved my life and eliminated many ER trips. I had been suffering from unexplained high fevers, headaches, vomiting, joint ache every 4 to 6 weeks. Had to go to ER on several occassions. No one could find out what was wrong after spending $2000 to $3000 on ER bills each time. This went on for a while until my primary doctor referred me to an allergy specialist, since there was no other reason, it had to be allergy problem. The office is amazing. I was treated since my time here in San Diego by Dr. Jaffer, who recently went on sabbatical. He was brilliant, and his replacement Dr. Modena is renowned. The staff is really helpful and my allergy shots are quick and efficient. I saw that two negative experiences gave this great practice a very low score, and it doesn't represent the experience a vast majority of us have.
