I was guest for the night…. After many months of plotting and planning. I was worried I was too old and would not be able to do much of anything. Marie’s class was well paced with fabulous music and I did EVERYTHING. I am glad you allowed me to test the class , so I had a chance to get and feel comfortable!! Thank you everyone
Can’t say enough about Marxel and his teaching style .. challenging but he gives details for those poses that are challenging. I enjoy his selection of music and if you are looking for a seasoned teacher.. he is the one!
Elisei - I want to thank the efforts and assistance/guidance that he gives in all his classes. He is very professional and well experienced. I have learned a lot about yoga poses, alignment, and how to enter into a pose using various techniques.Veronica - Amazing instructor. Her pace is very consistent, and her instruction is easy to understand and concise. Definitely recommend.
