Helen is amazing! I hosted a spa/pool day at my home and she came to set up a relaxing space and performed an amazing massage. She is very professional which was very important to me as she was coming to my home. Helen takes the time to learn about any medical conditions or areas of pain and tailors her service to your needs. Highly recommend.

Techniques: Relaxation- Swedish Massage Work out pain area/ Increase ROM-Deep Tissue &/or Stretching Sports Rehab/PI-Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Ice/Heat, Stretching Edema Reduction- Lymphatic Massage Pregnancy Massage- Pre/Post Natal Massage Instruct Parent or Guardian with Infant Massage Trauma Touch Massage -Small Groups and one on one.
