I have been in martial arts most of my life, and this is the most all-encompassing training centers I have found. For years I have searched for a studio that covers mindset, striking, weapons, grappling and have it all taught with street application. Hard to find, but GC Krav Maga has it all. They also host many self-defense and survival-specific seminars. The owner, Mr. Noi, creates an environment that is welcoming and also challenging for everyone. Every class leaves me with a great physical work out. GC Krav Maga is everything I have wanted, all in one location. This is the best place to train Krav Maga period!! Mr. Noi and his team of instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and full of respect! They also have real world training which is a plus so bring yourself our the entire family and start training!

I wish I could rate this one higher! We absolutely love GC Krav! 3 of my kids and my husband take classes here and it has been a blessing to each of us! My kids have learned so much about self defense and being able to take care of themselves if a situation turns bad. They not only are physically capable but also mentally. Mr Noi is an amazing instructor!! He care so much for the kids but is also tough on them and pushes them to do better than they think they can do. They have made good friends too and we love that there are service projects throughout the year as well. It is definitely a family atmosphere.
