I have watched this business thrive since they opened! The coaches uplifting and very knowledgeable... they make sure you are being safe and working at your level! Such a wonderful environment for the whole family! My and this girl down here are obsessed with the results of being consistent with their programs!
Excellent facility for functional training. All of the coaches are wonderful at helping you perform workouts at your own ability. Konocti CrossFit has allowed me to transform not only my body, but most importantly my life.
Great staff works well with my son who is 11 staying in shape for sports when they return. Who would think an 11 year old would be excited to wake up at 5am to do crossfit? They must be doing something right lol.
