We had a great experience using VIP! The owner Nick Willis was very understanding of our emergency situation and made special accommodations to help out, ASAP. In doing the work, Miguel Macias from his company was very professional all-around. Miguel explained the issues and solutions in a way that engendered confidence.In addition, the camera work provided as a part of our repairs and the follow-up office review of the video, revealed problems in the City sewer mainline, prompting us to notify the City. The City confirmed the problem in their mainline and worked for hours, finally resolving the issue.Thank you, VIP!

VIP has worked for all our multi family properties on all major issues we have along with our properties we are remodeling. They are professional, knowledgably and Nick the owner is an honest and a respectable person which is hard to come by in this field of work. We will continue to ask Nick to work on projects for us for years to come.
