I've been to a few VCAs and willingly picked this one as my main vet for all 3 of my cats after seeing how much they seem to care. Dr. Chen is understanding and has experience with shelters which I really appreciate. He has seen my cats for everything from ringworm to FLUTD to now my oldest cat fracturing a fang. They always take the time to thoroughly explain their findings and potential diagnosis and next steps and I always feel like they care about my cats. Other nearby VCAs have a calmer or bigger interior or a better parking situation but they just don't feel quite as caring in my opinion. They understand the difficulties of a sick pet and work with you on that.

"This place is an excellent choice. Unlike other veterinary clinics, they don't limit their service to monthly or annual plan reservations only. Not only are their prices affordable, but they also provide customers with information about care options instead of pushing expensive treatments onto them. It's important to note that there may be a long wait, even if you have a reservation, but the exceptional service makes it well worth it."

Dr. Dave and his team at VCA Irvine Blvd are the best!!! My family and I have entrusted all of our dogs with Dr. Dave for many years. I needed to bring my newly rescued dog in for a possible tooth issue and everyone was patient and kind with her. She is fearful with strangers but was handled and examined with love and care. Well worth the lengthy drive to have the best of care possible for my fur baby!!!
