Great massage! If your looking for body work that is more sport/ physical therapy -like Kareem is your guy! Super knowledgeable and knows how to work with any healing injury. I have been having tension headaches and he worked on my neck and released a lot. He is also very strong for anyone who needs a heavier pressure. Super easy to book and reschedule if needed!

Have been to Free Motion several times now and can confidently say that each visit reaffirms why this place is my go-to for massages. Kareem exceeds expectations with his attentive approach and in-depth understanding of individual needs. He truly listens to you and makes sure to address all problem areas that you mention. Personally, I like a lot of pressure in my massages and Kareem delivers!! After every appointment, I leave feeling so rejuvenated. As a performer and athlete, I have been going to Kareem for two years now and have been recommending peers to him for his sports and deep tissue expertise, as well as targeted assisted stretching. The average massage elsewhere just doesn't help anymore. I recently tweaked my neck, shoulder and mid-back in one fell swoop from aerial work. And with just one session, Kareem helped me regain some mobility.
