I want to share my experience with Controlled Key Systems, a company that's been really great in my book. In my dealings with them, they've shown themselves to be pros with a friendly touch. Since Vic and his helper left. Service has gone severely down. Walking in here feeling like im dealing with zombies. I walk in and its just blank no how could we help you or anything i had to ask if they were open and tone up cause their looking at me like imtrying to sell them something...im a long time customer here and to see this customer service go down is unencouraging to continue doing business.
