Called this location in desperate need of a drum for my printer. Daniel answered the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to verify they had it in stock. He was also so very helpful when I arrived at the store and was able to help me find everything I needed. Went above and beyond with his costumer service. Thank you Daniel!!!

This was the closest location to my home to do an amazon return. When you walk into the store, head to the right, there's a specific counter where they process the amazon returns. Associate helping me was friendly and quick, he provided a receipt, within a few hours I got my amazon refund. Other than that, that part of the store was so messy. Not sure why, but there was trash on the floor and looking a little crazy. On my way out, another associate who was standing at the registered, told me to have a nice evening.
