I was kindly greeted upon entrance and taken care of by Dr.Wu with genuine concern for a consultation on my throat swab check up. The front desk gave clear instructions for how to set up an appointment; not only that there was almost little to no wait time.
We have been coming to this urgent care for the last few years. We are usually in and out pretty quick this morning. We lucked out and we're the first ones in . We always have great service. I saw Dr. wu today and now I am on time to go to work thank you guys
I've been here a good amount of times (weak immune system lol), and I've never had a bad experience with them. The wait times do vary, sometimes it takes awhile, sometimes it doesn't, just depends on the day! As for staffing, everyone is super nice, and they always make me feel welcomed! My former physician that I would go to scarred me from ever going to a doctors/UC to due how careless and rude she was, but I'm glad this place is nothing like that- I'm super grateful!?
