They were kind at first, but when I called to ask follow-up questions & needed help as the meds they gave me weren't working & wouldn't last through the weekend, I was told by the person who answered the phone that there is nothing they could or would do bc I didn't get the chest x-ray done. I tried but there was no availability to have it done. I now have to call my insurance to get authorization to go to a whole new urgent care to be seen all over again.

I do not recommend. I was literally in and out of the facility this morning. The “PA” or something walked in looked like she already didn’t want to be there. Looked in my mouth and said everything looks fine. I mentioned nasal drip and stuff and she didn’t exam or look into anything further. Told me if persists go to er to have a camera look down my throat something may be stuck. Idk just did not feel right at all. Will never return

I came into there office with a broken left ankle and a sprained right ankle. They said they didn't have a wheel chair I could use. and made me walk to the back by exam rooms with no help. then pa came. looked at just one ankle. wrapped that ankle, gave me an anti inflamatory shot, xray orders good for a place that wasnt even open today. next they gave me crutches to use even though i just had right shoulder surgery a few months ago and I had two injured ankles. to add insult I saw a wheelchair folded up in the back of the front office. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME!! THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH OF OC URGENT CARE TREATS THEIR PATIENTS HORRIBLY!!! I ended up going to a hospital after not getting any help from this office. I was told I have a fractured right ankle and sprained left one.

Horrible waste of my time & i was never seen after waiting hours. They are short staffed & dont care to help people. Run go elsewhere. No doctor on staff. 1 PA & front desk woman was awful.

Avoid at all cost the PA named Mat is extremely unprofessional and I’m not sure how he got his PA license, front and back office MA’s were really nice!

I’ve had terrible experiences here, went in on a Sunday(yesterday) , right when they open, the entire office was completely empty not one single patient in there but myself. The front desk person was polite. Back office MA Listed my medical history and medications and allergies incorrectly on my chart after I reviewed it. The PA who was working no empathy and Said “do you have any more questions for me? “ Instead of asking my questions, she just kept insisting that I follow up with my OB. She did not want to answer any of my questions in relation to my treatment, and Basically treated me like I was a drug seeker. The only response I received from her was “I can’t give you a shot of Toradol.” I did not want any painkillers. I had already taken anti-inflammatories that day and I made that very clear During our assessment. It just seemed like she wanted to rush me out of there and she had absolutely no need or no desire to get to the bottom of what was wrong with me, What is the point of being in business as a doctor if you do not want to help people. She poked my stomach, a couple times with her hand and asked me does it hurt here after I literally held my stomach and pointed to where it hurt . It was obvious she did not know how to properly feel if I had inflammation in my organs ,Did not draw blood , Even after I begged her to take some blood, she refused. This morning, I am now going to the ER because I woke up vomiting with severe pain along with chest pains. Thanks for nothing OC urgent care . By the way, the back office MA was sleeping on her desk when I walked out.

If I could give a zero I would… the staff is rude and spoke to myself and my mother like we were dirt. When inquiring as if the facility took my mothers medical insurance again, man behind the counter continue to roll his eyes at both myself and my mother. The office was filthy and smelled of feces and urine. The exam rooms were filthy. It was a disgusting and disappointing experience.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice — once for an allergic reaction and most recently when I stabbed my hand cooking. Both times Dr. Matt helped me out and he was awesome. He explains everything clearly, takes his time, and just makes you feel taken care of. The staff are super nice too. Honestly, this is the only urgent care I will be visiting from now on. Thanks guys
