Great experience from beginning to end. Trusted my bright Persian rug with them. They were prompt on quote, pick up and delivery. Rug looks great and smells clean!!! Very happy with the price!! Will definitely use them for some other rugs. Btw I am in LA area and they do pick up and drops on Wednesday which works great!!

Mike runs an honest business. Very responsive and reliable. You cannot be the pick up and drop off service! He is transparent about what he can and cannot do. Will be my go-to for all our rugs (restoration and cleaning). Thanks Mike!
