Parking is generous. The receptionist is lovely. The place is organized and I didn’t have to wait long to go in. The PA I worked with was wonderful. She spent lots of time with me and answered my questions, help me focus on what my issues were and gave me what seems to be very good information.It was a very positive experience from beginning to end.

After a glitch with checking in and waiting for a bit. I spoke to nurse re: my appointment time which had lapsed. They were all friendly and Doctor is very receptive.

I’ve been a patient at Digestive Disease Consultants of Orange County for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received. Dr. Shahrooz Bemanian has always been professional, attentive, and genuinely caring—he really takes the time to listen and make sure you understand everything. What really stood out recently was how quickly they acted when I became ill. They got me in for a same-day appointment, and I had a procedure scheduled and completed within 24 hours. Their response time is honestly lightning fast, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Dr. Choi performed my most recent colonoscopy and was just as professional and reassuring. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and clearly committed to patient care. They also have multiple office locations across Orange County, which makes scheduling and follow-ups really convenient. Highly recommend this practice.
