DeVinney responded in a timely manner to a request for service, and the plumbing techs who arrived on-time were complete professionals - courteous, attentive to the situation, and then executing a thorough job on-site to deal with the problem (and potential future problems) and got the kitchen sink working again. I had to replace my water heater, so I called Devinney Plumbing, and they sent their staff, Ethan, to my location within a few hours to assess the situation and provide a proper quote. I received the quote, which was clear and well-organized. After reviewing quotes from other contractors, I negotiated the price based on their bids, and the company was able to accept my couter-offer. On the installation day, unfortunately, an unprotected copper pipe inside the drywall was damaged during drilling for the new water heater straps. DeVinney is honest, fair, and provides great quality work. We’ve called them twice in the last year for separate, urgent issues and both times they’ve responded quickly and resolved the same day. They’re upfront, transparent, and fast. In addition they also caught unrelated issues and provided great recommendations. We highly recommend them for any plumbing related work in the Huntington Beach area.
