Everyone at this gym is so welcoming! The gym is super clean, and classes run on time. Coach Robert and Sayer are so knowledgeable and professional. I like the variety of workouts each day. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing place to workout. When I go to the gym I can’t convince myself to work hard. At shorebreak they help you push yourself so you can see the results. The community also helps in many ways from being competitive to just feeling like you have people that care about helping you out. Love this place

I instantly felt welcomed by all the coaches and athletes upon stepping foot inside the gym! The workouts are very hard and challenging. I cannot do the prescribed weights in the workouts; however Lee and Rob (coaches/owners) are accommodating about showing modifications and they prioritize safety over anything else. There's a huge sense of community which keeps me going back! I love that there are clean rags and spray bottles to wipe down our own equipment. The coaches even scrub the floor with a commercial scrubber every day.
