If you want to experience an accomplished total body work out this is your place.Elva is a master working with all levels, a natural leader, inspirational and results driven. I would put mental blocks of my ability & she has given me the confidence I was lacking.The members, the energy & the music is nothing but uplifting!Ohhh and her spray tanning service is BOMB with no after stickiness or messy sheets. She made me feel like a goddess with my flaws. The season is here ladies!

Elva is amazing! I started by doing her at-home fitness plan and lost 13 inches in 5 weeks! Since then I go into the studio once a week and work out with her in the group classes. I sure don't feel 50! What a great studio with great members. Everyone is so nice and supportive. Her new studio is spacious and clean with everything needed to get an amazing workout. Also, great prices for drop-in and membership.
