Love love love this ortho office (and the general dentist team too)! Dr Simus absolutely has a passion for his job, and all the assistants are fantastic and they know exactly what they're doing. Front desk team and Robin (billing director? I forgot her role since I haven't needed to talk to her in months, sorry Robin!!) are wonderful as well. Did not have a single problem my whole two years of braces treatment. I even was prepared to defend my decision to ask for a removable bottom retainer instead of a permanent, and when I told Dr Simus my reasoning he was completely chill and understanding and agreed to a removable bottom with no issue. Great front staff and wonderful caring dental professionals.We are always greeted with smiles the whole time we are there.The dentist is so caring, honest, friendly, and super informative.I absolutely love how he talks to my children and me. It's awesome that he includes them in their treatment. I was so use to dentist that only talk to parents.My children trust him as much as I do.Overall this is a great dentist office.I definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs.

I'm not sure why they have such low ratings. So glad I didn't read them before coming. Lol Because I probably would have judged them by the awful reviews they have. We changed to this office from being patients @ western dental. (We had nothing but headaches at western dental) So much we left hating dentists! This was our 1st visit with one of our daughters. It was so easy filling out her new patient forms. I was able to do everything online. Made it so much easier than having to do it the day of the appointment.
