Optum - Highland Boulder

Terrible facility. You are immediately judged and disrespected from the moment you walk in. Extremely rude staff who don't care or concerned. Nurse or PA did not know what he was doing and was extremely rude!
You will be better off and safer to go to another urgent care. Avoid this facility!!

I brought my mother to her neuro appointment. Everyone was cordial however, we waited for 20 minutes to be taken to a room despite the waiting room being empty.
Dr. AlSharif Is always pleasant and professional. My complaint is the back office assistant was wearing faded blue jeans. This is so unprofessional and looks very bad. As though they don't care what kind of impression they give to patients. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Had labs done.

This place is terrible. We had a scheduled appointment for our newborn son for today, and they re-scheduled it without notifying us. We live over an hour away and wasted almost three hours of our time on a round trip for a cancelled appointment. This is not the first time we’ve been screwed over by Optum, but I’m finally writing a bad review because it’s getting ridiculous.

This place is horrible . I have to get out of this group. At the lab one phlebotomyist 30 people in waiting room one hour wait ridiculous.

I had been with Beaver Medical Group more than 20 years. When Optum took over, it went downhill fast.

We were with Beaver Medical Group (now Optum) for over 20 years. They were the gold standard back then, and we received fantastic service. When Optum took over, patient care and communication went downhill fast. The worst was when we couldn't call our doctor's nurse anymore and it went to a patient care advocate who would ask the same 5 minutes of questions every time we called. And we'd never get a call back from our messages. It was infuriating. I'm grateful for our time with Dr. Goyne and Dr. Philip Lee. They served us well, but we had to move to another medical group.

This location no longer provides specialty Care such as Endocrinology, or laboratory services. It is very inconvenient as specialty services have been outsourced across California. Also, under Optum, I am no longer able to talk directly to my doctor's office without going through others who relay my message to the doctors office. The system has changed drastically since converting to Optum.

If you were my friend, I would say stay away. Zero follow up to almost everything. They don't care.

I made an appointment. I was here on time for my appointment. I signed in and it put me on the walk in list. I did not realize this for almost an hour. My phone showed I had an appointment for 2:00 showed my initials, I showed them, in their system, and I was told I was not in their system.
They also could not find my insurance. I’ve been here before and never had an issue, why now? I’m on a time crunch. It wasn’t until I got upset telling them they need to figure it out that somehow my insurance information magically worked.
