Accord mortuary was professional, kind, helpful and attentive to our requests and family needs. They took care of all the details big and small. I would recommend Accord without hesitation.
When my sister went under the care of hospice after a long battle with cancer, the hospice Chaplain gave me a list of mortuaries. The Chaplain told me to compare pricing and the services they offer, as there is a great difference from funeral home to funeral home. After calling several places I was horrified at the pricing, and even the staff answering the phone at some of the places were so cold and unconcerned with my situation. Then I noticed a little checkmark on the list of mortuaries next to Accord Burial and Cremation in Highland. Now I know why. I highly recommend Accord! If I could give them 1,000 stars I would! They were WONDERFUL! Honest, Caring, Comforting, Affordable and they go above and beyond! The prices were very reasonable. My mother went into long term care and the nursing facility required that we have mortuary arrangements. I saw the reviews on yelp and I called and spoke with Alex. He was so knowledgeable and very honest. My mother recently passed and I worked with Reign to finalize the arrangements. Reign took care of everything! He explained everything in detail. He was very kind, very patient and comforting.
