First off, Nicole is the best! Her bedside manner is amazing! Thanks for the laughs! 😂All the women who run this place are beautiful, warm and welcoming. The doctors are always great too. I love the HP location. It’s runs so smoothly. This is my go to spot when I need anything checked out health wise. I rarely go to the doctor but when I do I love be treated like a rockstar. 5 stars. 💥🎶
Maria was absolutely excellent at being attentive to each and every need. She went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed in order to have the fastest most efficient results. The staff as a whole was very welcoming and professional throughout every step. They have the most excellent customer service that I haven’t seen from most places ever. Once again, thank you for all the help.
I wish every healthcare experience could be like this one. We arrived late in the day, for a pediatric sick visit, to a warm welcome and a genuine effort to get us in that day as walk ins. We ended up needing to come back the next morning and were seen quickly. Providers were caring and thoughtful. Especially appreciated the medical assistant who spoke to my daughter, not just me. All of the front office staff went above and beyond in terms of helpfulness. Would highly recommend seeking care here; we will be back.
