Jhose Castaneda is unprofessional. He's very careless with your tax preparation and to be honest ..for what you pay him to do you can do it yourself at home..which I always did but someone insisted I see this guy, obviously because you want more Cash and I did it all for the Cash but what a mistake. I made a 7pm appointment and I kid you not.. finally saw me at 12:30am and I should have left but stayed. I left at 1:30am and he still had another couple behind me..elderly who arrived 30 mins after I did...sad..sad..sad. My taxes took 4 months to finally get to me..he gave me the run around every single time .. he never would answer my text which he said he would always be available.. and when he finally did..instead of helping me would just give me all these useless numbers that didnt help. The IRS never ever would have record of my taxes.. I would check the website ..nothing. I honestly feel bad for the poor people who dont search a Alternative way to do their taxes and come with him.. he Rips off the Latino Community.. he brags that hes married with a white woman that no one cares to know about and he charges Alot. People who manage to read this .. you can do your own taxes.. theres free courses everywhere .. truly the worst experience I have ever experienced ... theres way more to this story but I'll reserve myself ..I've said enough

If there was a way to do no stars I would!! Jhose "Steve" Castaneda is unprofessional, negligent and overall careless of the clients he's dealing with! The day I came in he made me wait 3 hours with an appointment made!! It's been almost 8 weeks since I've done my taxes and I have not received my return, he gives me the run around, doesn't answer text messages, and clearly just has no clue what he's doing. I called the IRS they told me he never submitted it completely, he's only tried to. I will never return to his poor service again nor would I recommend it, it's a nightmare!
