I had the most wonderful experience here today. Great treatments, amazing staff who were so friendly and knowledgeable and a very relaxing experience that also yields great wellness results ! Will be going back asap !
I've been going to this place for a while now and it has become a staple in my self-care routine. The cryotherapy and infrared sauna sessions help me unwind and feel refreshed.
I love Tru North Cryo, and being a small business owner myself is very very hard work, I should know I own a very successful mens upscale barber salon. So when people berate the business, instead be kind and speak to the owner first and let her know your concerns. Yes they are changing a few things around but only to enhance the experience going forward. So please be kind with your words and speak up instead of bashing a great business.
