Dr. Oates and his team are amazing! They worked me in for a dental emergency in less than an hour. I’d never been seen there and my dentist was closed. I found a new dentist today. He is very patient, informative, and instantly builds a wonderful patient rapport. I give Hermosa Smiles 10 stars ⭐️!
The Hermosa Smiles team is top notch! I wasn’t a patient and called with a dental emergency and was sitting in the office an hour later. The office is immaculate, Dr. Oates is a skilled dentist, and they all have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Hermosa Smiles!
This was my first dental cleaning at Hermosa Smiles and it was great. Dr. Yusuf was kind, gentle and very informative on my dental health. The conversations were easy and insightful. I’ve seen so many negative comments about “up selling” and “wait times” at dental offices and this wasn’t the case at all. Never once did I feel pressured to do more than was necessary. As for check-in/wait time, I did my new patient pre-check work on the app and arrived 15 mins before my appointment time.
