If I could give my experience 10 stars I would. I had an accident while I was on vacation in Europe, Where I fell suddenly, hit my head, And chipped my front tooth. Honestly, it was traumatizing, and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I called my dentist office while I was still in Europe, Started to cry on the phone, and the receptionist was totally empathetic, kind, and made an appointment for me within a week. Doctor Oates asked me what happened, And listened to me as I told my story through tears. He immediately said “ I can fix this Today. Ive been going to Hermosa smiles for years and I have always had an overall positive experience with them. Today I had my first visit with Dr. Fine and she was wonderful. She was thorough and answered my questions. All of the dentists at this practice are good, and Dr. Fine really stood out to me. Dental assistant Reyes did a great job as well!
No one looks forward to going to the dentist however Hermosa Smiles has always a positive experience. Today was no exception. There was a new hygienist, Paolo. He was absolutely amazing!!! Gentle yet thorough. Explained the process and options for necessary treatment. Once finished I scheduled my next appts but later noticed I was scheduled with a different hygienist. When I called to request Paolo for my next appts I was told, he’s not going to be there…oh I am heart broken…just hoping he will become a permanent member of the Hermosa Beach location. He’s the BEST!!
