Dr. Oates and his team are amazing! They worked me in for a dental emergency in less than an hour. I’d never been seen there and my dentist was closed. I found a new dentist today. He is very patient, informative, and instantly builds a wonderful patient rapport. I give Hermosa Smiles 10 stars ⭐️!
My experience with the team was very positive. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and provided excellent care. The staff was informative and ensured I was well-informed throughout the process. However, the only issue I encountered was the wait time for a cleaning appointment, which was over a month. While the quality of care was exceptional, a shorter wait time would greatly enhance the overall experience.
The Hermosa Smiles team is top notch! I wasn’t a patient and called with a dental emergency and was sitting in the office an hour later. The office is immaculate, Dr. Oates is a skilled dentist, and they all have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Hermosa Smiles!
