Total rip off. Paid $200 for a clean up job that didn’t get finished. Then they “forgot” that I asked for a monthly service as well. They came back out to tell me that I needed to pay an extra $200 for another clean up job and that it was my fault they forgot about the monthly service.

It's weird - I've had bad experiences, and felt ripped off by companies in the past, and yet somehow the anger of my experience with Lance has not faded, even after well over a month since we ended our service. I think perhaps this is because Lance came across as such a "nice, trustworthy" person when I first met him, and I feel all the more naïve for believing him.I've had difficulties with the yard in my home - I've laid 3 yards and seeded two others in 6 years, and none have taken. I have two dogs, and that could be part of the problem - although I've go so far as to measure the PH of their urine and it's within normal paramaters.Anyway, when I hired Lance, my yard...read full review
