Only 1 star cause you can't go any lower! She lost my w-2! Came for my appointment, gave her my w-2 and all info, she says she'll call me and let me know how much my return will be. Which I thought was weird but went along, after 3 weeks of not hearing from her, i call her. She lies says I never gave her anything and that I told her I was waiting for it in the mail, totally false! I was never waiting for any mail, why would make the appointment without my w-2!?! Then when I'm telling her she's wrong I gave it to her she gets mad and hangs up on me.. now I'm 3 weeks late and gotta request a new form from work.. never never never use this lady!
