The day after our septic system backed up and was pumped, we contacted Sonoma Landworks. Patrick took time out from a busy schedule that same day to stop by our home. He spent over 90 minutes walking us through our current septic box and leach lines, explaining areas of concern, and options to consider for repair or replacement. Patrick explained the need for a design contractor to help locate and determine viability of leach line distribution boxes (or options for new ones), as well as needed permits and timelines for any work that is undertaken. Taking time to leave a review because I am so pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Disclaimer: I am new gardener. I visited the store and spoke with two young employees that were friendly, knowledgable, and really helpful. I coordinated delivery for dirt a few days later and the delivery guy was prompt, friendly, and efficient.For something that could have been an intimidating experience, it actually was enjoyable and confidence building.I will continue to give my business where I can, and will absolutely refer others here for services. Sonoma Landworks & Pat Finn, in particular, are amazing and so helpful! I literally know NOTHING when it comes to septic tanks and recently ran into some issues with a country property tank. Pat went the extra mile to come out & break down how it all works for me. He was so helpful, awesome & communicative. Great work ethic, honest & timely. He got back to me in less than 24 hours.
