We’ve been seeing Dr. Joyce since both of my daughters were born, and we absolutely adore her — her care and compassion are unmatched. Unfortunately, since the merger with Western Sierra, the phone service has become quite challenging.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced hold times of 30 minutes or more on several occasions, and once had to wait four business days for a call back. I completely understand that large transitions like this take time to smooth out, but I hope these issues are resolved soon — especially when it comes to reaching someone about children’s health.

Staff was very professional and kind. It was busy so I did have to wait awhile but that is to be expected. Dr Duffy was very nice and thorough. I would recommend this medical center to anyone who needs help.
I love the doctors we have there, but the communication is awful. Call center seems to do as vest they can, but once you get to specific departments it falls apart. I spent most of this past week trying yo reach anyone regarding a very important medication for my child, and no one would reach back out to me regarding an update. I called several times, sent portal messages, and had to go in physically on lunches and after work to make myself known. Only through Facebook messaging did I get anywhere, and they asked me not to. When I pointed out their very clear failures... SILENCE.
