Used them to get get a quote. They added extra charges and made up charges. They lost the original report. The worst company ever. The woman front desk is extremely rude. How can you be in business for 10 years and have a 1 star rating. I will report you to the pest buerrae to get your liscence reviked

If they find a problem, which they always will, your choices are to pay them an exorbitant amount to repair it, or pay them to watch someone else to repair it to clear the inspection. Avoid at all costs.

I would absolutely Not recommend Gold Country Termite to anyone!! They were one of three pest control companies that came out for an inspection while I was in escrow to buy my home. The large, old, and tall wrap-around deck was the biggest repair liability with this new house, due to dry rot. One pest inspection company said 50k to replace it, another said 15k, and we had time for one more inspection. I told the inspector at Gold Country that I needed a very conservative, realistic number on the higher side and that I would negotiate for buyer credit. He nodded and said that actually, no way did I need to replace the deck, but that they could repair it for a very afforable...read full review
