Exceptional Service! I visited this place for a smog check to get my tags. Despite arriving without an appointment and encountering a system downtime, the staff handled the situation with professionalism. Although there were 2 cars ahead of me, they worked diligently to resolve the issue promptly. Surprisingly, they completed everything in under 45 minutes and even offered Starbucks gift cards as a token of appreciation for the wait and any inconveniences caused by the system glitch. The team was incredibly courteous, and despite the minor hiccup with the system, they delivered a swift service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for their outstanding customer service.
Polite, professional and prompt! Have been getting all our family vehicles smog tested here for many years now and wont even consider anywhere else! Always pleasant to work with and always in and out quickly! Highly recommend!
Best experience I’ve had in getting a smog check, very professional and personable prices unbelievably low! older vehicles require additional Equipment type test with the use of a Dyno To simulate 5 to 15 mph. They’re set up, completes it in a timely manner and provided your vehicle passes you’re out the door! Either way!!
