I had a wonderful experience June 25th, 2024. Alex at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Dr. Frankie Ngo is amazing so caring and spends his time explaining the treatment thoroughly. I feel he's the best dentist in the field of General Dentistry. Joann, that day was his assistant. She is an asset to the practice. So considerate and explained everything prior to the procedure.....Great Dr. & Staff !!
Went in for the first time today. Dr Park was very kind and went over my dental issues. I haven't been to the dentist for o er 10 years. They didn't try to up sale me on anything. I got a VERY deep cleaning with Tirza. I left the office with sparkling clean teeth. Will be going back for my bridge. Also the front office is very kind Alex checked me in and made sure my insurance was good. She made conversation with me it's not just come in take a seat. We talked about her son and I talked about mine. They made me feel at home. Lastly the office didn't smell like dentist!
We’ve been coming here for many years and have always had amazing care. Ive had two emergencies and they efficiently got me in to be seen and treated (ended up with root canal/crowns in both cases.)
I actually left a family dental office that my parents and family had gone to for decades. I was hesitant at first, but have no regrets.
